Position Description

We're a team of creative artists and our Admin department is the lynchpin to our operations.  As such, we're seeking a postive, personable and motivated individual to help us grow.

Desired Characteristics:

• Dynamic – able to multi-task and 'pivot'
• Self-Starter – comfortable working autonomously
• Professional and Personable – working directly with high-profile clients
• Computer Proficient – expertise in the Microsoft Suite and Outlook

Administrative Assistant Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Admin, Accounting and HR departments
• Assist with monthly payroll, timesheets and billing processes
• Manage mail, travel arrangements, digital and physical filing etc.
• Manage company storage systems
• Welcome clients and project teams for in-office meeting
