For the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation’s Cache Creek Casino Resort located in Brooks, California, VITA has worked closely with ownership over the past 5 years providing landscape architecture and planning services that integrate resort expansion options with the surrounding native oak savannah hillsides and agrarian valley floor. We provided the landscape for the popular Brad Bell designed Yocha Dehe Golf Course and Clubhouse (LEED Certified Silver) that runs along the scenic Cache Creek. This golf facility includes a scenic hilltop event lawn used for weddings and social gatherings and a unique, picturesque driving range. Recently, we aided in the renovation and expansion of the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Rancheria historic landscape preserve and are finalizing plans for the Event Center Expansion .
