Nawi Island, Vanua Levu, Fiji

Nawi Island is a 40-acre uninhabited South Pacific island that rests within a large bay that creates the port of Savu Savu. Renowned for its protected waters, the bay features excellent game fishing, offshore diving, sailing, and a thriving pearl farming industry. Our client, Cardinal Investments, commissioned us to create a Master Plan for the property to include preservation of a mangrove forest, an exclusive boutique hotel that consists of 25 traditional style Bures, 50 for-sale private villas, and a private marina. We are also responsible for preparing community imagery, landscape architecture and Design Guidelines.
