Punta Raza, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico

VITA has been responsible for creating the 285-hectare Punta Raza community plan. The plan envisions the creation of five distinct communities, each of which is an expression of the land form of which it is a part. These include the Marina Village and Port, the Resort Hotel Community containing seven hotel sites along the two kilometer beachfront, the El Cerro gated Residential Community on the dominating hilltop that defines the western end of the property and the two natural communities of the Estero and the Golf Community. These are all linked by a Coastal Preserve and an extensive pathway system that allows easy pedestrian, bike and golf cart access throughout.
