Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman Resort, Grand Cayman Island

Stretching across Grand Cayman Island to both shores, this new resort is anchored by the existing Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman Resort on Seven-Mile Beach and a new canal development and Marina Village on the North Sound. The new 400-acre community expands upon the existing resort and original nine-hole Greg Norman Blue-Tip Golf Course with nine new golf holes, a new Golf Clubhouse and 1000 residential units comprised of multi-family buildings, townhomes, golf villas, single family home sites and apartments in mixed-use Village buildings. The Marina Village will be the heart of the community with a hotel, restaurants, shops, office spaces, apartments, and become home to the relocated government Port Authority docks.  A unique feature of the real estate offerings of this community is every residential unit is either watefront or has direct access to water, reinforcing the traditional orientation of older Caribbean communities.
