The Canyons at Bighorn, Palm Desert, California

The Canyons at Bighorn is an exclusive 450-acre private golf community with 270 high-end homes around a Tom Fazio-designed golf course.  The master plan creates a variety of residential neighborhoods – some in lush, desert oasis environments with verdant palm groves and water features, others in more rugged hillside locations – but all with stunning long distance views of the Coachella Valley.  Thematically, this community is truly “of the desert” with Design Guidelines dictating buildings that blend effortlessly with the desert environment and all native landscaping – one of the first communities in the Palm Springs area to do so.
