North America / Golf Courses / Desert

Mirabel, Scottsdale, Arizona
Mirabel is an 800-acre high end golf community consisting of 350 homes, a golf club, community recreation area and abundant open space, all working within Scottsdale’s stringent environmental ordinances. The Tom Fazio-designed course weaves among arroyos and rock outcrops, creating a distinctive desert golf experience. The design Guidelines articulate a community architectural image that is derived from regional building traditions, reinforcing the “uniqueness of place”.
