John's Island, South Carolina

Kiawah

Located on John’s Island just 15 miles from the Charleston peninsula, beyond the farmstands and fields of vegetables, Kiawah River is a stunning 2,000 acre waterfront and village community set within the grand canopy of heritage live oaks. Kiawah River is comprised of gathering places fit for field feasts and campfires connected by a network of trails and village greens, cottages adorned in sun-washed whites, waterfront lodge, swim club, woodland chapel, guest cabins, and boat landing with a dockside restaurant. The master plan includes unique waterfront and village homesites with waterfront views and access, open spaces, and maritime forests waiting to be explored. Distinct neighborhoods will create a riverfront village connected by a network of trails and shared amenities such as the Outfitter for fishing and exploring. The Main Street Village is a collection of local shopkeepers, destination spa and boutique hotel cottages set along the Kiawah River.
