Victoria Place at Ward Village

Victoria Place will be the 7th tower released in Howard Hughes’ 60-acre Ward Village Master Plan, between downtown Honolulu and Waikiki. Victoria Place is a 40-story/350-unit luxury residential tower situated adjacent to the Makai (ocean facing) portion of Victoria Ward Park. VITA’s concept, inspired by Honolulu’s kama’aina clubs and estate homes, incorporates a lush ground level courtyard garden directly adjacent to the building’s lobby. Ground level residential amenity space includes a private lanai pool house with kitchen, grill and a pool – perfect for private events. The 5th level amenity deck includes two unique spaces with sweeping views of Honolulu from Diamond Head sunrises to green flash Pacific sunsets.
